Every Sytro bag is covered for 2 years
We manufacture our own bags in Ernakulam, so we stand behind them. Every bag carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
What is covered
- Stitching that comes apart under normal use
- Zipper, slider and puller failure
- Handle, strap and buckle attachment failure
- Any other structural manufacturing defect
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, fading and scuffing over time
- Damage from misuse, overloading beyond the bag's capacity, or accidents
- Damage caused by third-party repairs or alterations
- Print fading caused by machine washing or harsh chemicals
How to claim
Email support@sytrobags.com or WhatsApp +91 89215 70685 with your order number and a few clear photos of the issue. We assess most claims within 2 business days and repair or replace the bag at no cost to you.
Caring for your bag
Spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap, air dry away from direct sunlight, and avoid machine washing — especially on personalised prints. Treated properly, these bags last far longer than the warranty.
