1. Information we collect

Personal information: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, payment details (card, UPI and similar), and order history.

Personalisation data: for personalised products we collect the name you want printed and the photo you upload. Photos are stored on secure cloud storage, used only to produce your bag, and automatically deleted after 180 days. You can ask us to delete a photo sooner at any time.

Non-personal information: IP address, browser type and version, pages visited, time and date of visit, and referring website.

Messaging: where you contact us on WhatsApp or Instagram we process the message and your number solely to reply and support your order.

To process and fulfil your orders, including producing personalised artwork
To communicate with you about your order, proofs and delivery

To meet legal, accounting and tax obligations

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers — payment gateways (such as Razorpay) and delivery partners, strictly to take payment and deliver your order.
Legal requirements — where disclosure is required by law or by a valid request from public authorities.

5. Your rights

Under the Indian IT Act and other applicable law you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, correction of anything inaccurate, and deletion of your data subject to our legal obligations. Email support@sytrobags.com and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Data retention

We keep order records for as long as required for legal, accounting and operational purposes. Uploaded personalisation photos are deleted automatically after 180 days, or sooner on request.

7. Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart, remember preferences and understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser, though parts of the store may stop working.
