What materials are used in your bags?
Our bags are crafted using premium 275gsm coated polyester fabric with water-repellent treatment for the exterior. The interior features 65–70gsm polyester lining. All buckles and clips are made from non-recycled, durable plastic to ensure longevity and performance.
Do all your bags come with a warranty?
Yes — every Sytro bag comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This covers stitching, zippers, handles and other structural components. Normal wear and tear is not covered.
Personalised bags
How does personalisation work?
Choose a design on the product page, type the name exactly as you want it printed, and upload a clear photo. We create the artwork, send you a proof on WhatsApp, and print only after you approve it.
What kind of photo works best?
A bright, sharp photo where the child's face is clearly visible, taken straight on. Avoid group photos, heavy filters and screenshots.
Can I change the name or photo after ordering?
Yes — as long as we have not printed yet. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will update it before production.
Orders and delivery
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days across India. For customised products such as our personalised school bags, please allow an additional 3–4 business days for personalisation and processing.
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order is dispatched you receive a tracking number by email and SMS, and you can track it 24/7 through the courier partner.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking and popular wallets, plus Cash on Delivery. All transactions are secured with industry-standard encryption.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return on unused products in their original packaging with tags attached. Personalised products carrying a name or photo can only be returned if they arrive damaged or defective, as they are made specifically for you.
